DESCRIPTION: This course is designed to be a comprehensive overview of SQL Server 2000. The course begins with the basics of SQL Server and walks the student through the design and implementation of systems using SQL Server. In addition, students will have an opportunity to work with more advanced features such as Stored Procedures, Triggers, Replication, Full-Text Indexes, User -Defined Functions and much more. This course is a must for any person that will be using, programming, administering, and managing an environment that is using SQL Server.

PREREQUISITES: Students are expected to have a basic knowledge of Relational Database Concepts. Knowledge of SQL is helpful, but not required. The instructor will evaluate the students knowledge base and pace the course materials according to existing knowledge or skills.
INSTRUCTION TECHNIQUES: A combination of Lecture, Exercises, and Labs (when/where available).
