DESCRIPTION: This intense course examines the fundamental concepts, facilities, and feature of CICS/TS. It presents the latest in CICS/TS facilities and shows how these facilities can be used in a production setting.

PREREQUISITES: Students need to have an understanding of basic information processing terminology and concepts.

INSTRUCTION TECHNIQUES: A combination of Lecture, Hands-On Labs, and Exercises (where/when available).

Programmers, Technicians, and Managers that need a basic understanding of the CICS/TS environment.
