CSAR - Complex Systems Availability and Recovery

LENGTH OF COURSE:

DESCRIPTION: This course is designed to allow the operations personnel in a large and complex OS/390 IBM 9672 environment to better understand and react to error messages and control the system operation more effectively. The course will concentrate on common, practical problems and techniques used to resolve these problems.

PREREQUISITES: Some experience with OS/390 terminology and operations.

INSTRUCTION TECHNIQUES: A combination of Lecture, Exercises and Labs (when/where available).
