DESCRIPTION: This course is designed to give students a comprehensive overview of the Internet and Internet Architecture. From the basics on networking and routers to Web Servers this course is perfect for the beginner and the seasoned internet user. Using a practical approach, students will see examples of how information flows through the Internet and reaches its' destination. In addition, we will unravel the mysteries of how HTML, JAVAScript, JAVA Applets, Servlets and JSPs all work together.

PREREQUISITES: Some knowledge of the Internet and personal computers . Experience using Web Browsers is a benefit but is not required.

INSTRUCTION TECHNIQUES: A combination of Lecture, Demonstrations, and Hands-On Labs.
