DESCRIPTION: This is an introductory course to familiarize the student with the Internet. Topics include Internet terminology, hardware, and software, as well as an examination of various ways that the Internet may be used for business, research, and communication.

PREREQUISITES: Some knowledge of Windows.

INSTRUCTION TECHNIQUES: A combination of Lecture, Demonstrations, and Hands-On Labs (when/where available).
