DESCRIPTION: This course is designed to train OS/390 Operators to understand operating system concepts and facilities. Techniques and skills, widely used by experienced System Operators, will be presented.

PREREQUISITES: Knowledge of data processing concepts.

INSTRUCTION TECHNIQUES: A combination of Lecture and Hands-On Labs (when/where available).
