DESCRIPTION: This course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive review of the terms, concepts, and facilities of the OS/390 environment. The course explains, in clear terms, the concepts of hardware and software. The course will give the students a better understanding of their responsibilities as support staff.

PREREQUISITES: Knowledge of data processing concepts.

INSTRUCTION TECHNIQUES: A combination of Lecture and Exercises. Students will follow a job through OS/390 components, identify major OS/390 components, and subsystems.
