DESCRIPTION: This one-day course is intended as an overview of the UNIX Operating System targeted towards management level personnel. UNIX is growing rapidly in popularity as a platform for open systems computing. UNIX also has extensive built in networking capabilities. It is an attractive system for downsizing. Knowledge of UNIX is an advantage to today's data processing decision makers.

PREREQUISITES: Basic understanding of data processing concepts.
