DESCRIPTION: This course is designed to provide operators, programmers, and system support staff with the skills required to identify, isolate and solve many system problems. Students will learn concepts, techniques, and tools used in the OS/390 problem determination and troubleshooting.

PREREQUISITES: Some knowledge of OS/390 concepts & terminology
