Using WebSphere Studio to Create Web Pages

LENGTH OF COURSE:
4 Days

DESCRIPTION: This course introduces the use of WebSphere Studio to build complete web sites for WebSphere Application sites. Each student will create web pages containing graphics, text, with both static and dynamic elements. Javascript elements will be created and manipulated. Java program elements will be placed. The pages will be tested locally and uploaded to a web server with WebSphere application server.

PREREQUISITES: Knowledge of basic HTML and Windows concepts. JAVA programming basics would be helpful, as would some programming background. All programs will be given to the student - this is not a programming class.

INSTRUCTION TECHNIQUES: Lecture, demonstration and lab.
